Denmark has a long tradition of energy sector regulation, deep expertise and good grant schemes. But it often benefits the largest companies. Mid-sized businesses — which play a crucial role in lowering Denmark's CO₂ emissions — are left with fewer resources and skills.

We believe meaningful change comes from many small actions — not a few big ones. Inspired by the Danish saying “many small streams make a great river”, Streaam got its two a's: a reminder that even the smallest contribution is part of something bigger. Every SME is a stream. Together they become a river.
